Am assuming that your referring to Tennessee river fishin’ out of a’ boat, if so I personally have used the Hummin’bird Piranha models in freshwaters with great luck. The price be a’ smidge over your budget ($ 219.00) but, to reiterate I’ve had real good luck with em’ and the brand name is VERY reputable. Hope this helps a’ bit < );-3
